A mechanic from Ethiopia who is a very normal person working for his livelihood, fell down while working on a heavy machine, due to which he broke his backbone severely the family members tried to give him medications and treatment at their country at several hospitals, unfortunately missed the right treatment and care for the patient, the condition of the patient was getting worse day by day.
