Dr Joshi has extensive experience in various aspects of spine surgeries at reputed institutions in India and USA. He has 12 international & national publications to his credit. He has delivered lectures and presented papers at various international and national conferences. Dr Joshi completed his M.B.B.S from AIIMS, New Delhi and did his M.S. Orthopaedics from LTMGH & LTMMC, Mumbai University. He has also worked as faculty at LTMGH, Mumbai for 4 years where he dedicated himself to spine surgery. Dr Joshi was selected for Adult Spine Fellowship at University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB), USA. At UAB he was extensively trained in minimal invasive spine surgery, revision/ redo spine surgery, spine tumor reconstruction and adult spinal deformity correction. Then he went to world renowned Mass General Hospital where he trained in paediatric spine surgeries and scoliosis/kyphosis corrections. He also refined his adult spine surgeries techniques with the best name in the field at MGH. Dr Deepak has also worked as Instructor, Scoliosis surgery, at Shriner Hospital Boston, USA.

Dr. Deepak Joshi is a dedicated Spine Surgeon, and specialises in treating problems and aliments arising from spine, both in adults and children. Prior to joining Fortis Hospital Mohali, Dr Joshi was working at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), Boston, USA. MGH is currently ranked as the No. 1 hospital in United States and is affiliated to world renowned Harvard University. Dr Joshi completed his M.B.B.S from AIIMS, New Delhi and did his M.S. Orthopaedics from Mumbai University. Dr Joshi completed one year of Adult Spine Fellowship at University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB), USA and then completed one year of fellowship training in Adult and Pediatric Spine at MGH, Harvard University, Boston, USA.
